èƵ Siblings Weekend invited brothers and sisters ages 5–17 to experience an unforgettable time on campus with their Hope sibling.
Dr. Derrick Bines, assistant professor in the department of counseling at San Francisco State University, will present a lecture titled, “We All We Got: Self and Community Care are More Than Buzzwords.” Dr. Bines will speak on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 3:30 p.m. in the recital hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts. The public is invited and admission is free.
Congratulations to the hundreds of èƵ students and volunteers for exceeding the fundraising goal during the 26th annual Dance Marathon held at the Dow Center! Hope students danced for 24 hours and raised more than $317,000 to benefit the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. This year's event marked $5 million total dollars raised for the hospital since Hope started the event in 2000.
The Saint Benedict Institute will host speaker Dr. Bradley Birzer, professor in history at Hillsdale College and fellow of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, to speak on technological themes in the work of J.R.R. Tolkien.
