Apartments
All housing units listed below serve as student housing, complete with common areas and a kitchen.
Washer and dryer are available either in unit or, if it is an apartment building,
washer/dryer unit(s) will be available in the building for the residents.
Currently enrolled students with a verified one Hope email and password, can view all of our apartment/cottage housing options on the spreadsheet, which will provide information about the number of residents, amenities and pricing tier.
We encourage you to understand the cost of your housing. The 2025鈥2026 Housing and Meal Plan rates can be found on the Business Services website under Rates and Costs.
All bedrooms are furnished with twin XL beds, desks with desk chair and dresser/closet/wardrobes as applicable to the space. Please note that furniture may be different from furniture you find in a residence hall. Beds can be bunked but not lofted in apartments. If you wish to request a bedrail, please submit a work order or contact housing@hope.edu.
All common areas are furnished with basic furniture, and the kitchen comes with a stovetop, oven and full-sized refrigerator. The college will also provide basic cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Household items that students may be responsible to bring include pots/pans, dishware, utensils, microwave or other small kitchen appliances, extra lamps, paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap and dish soap.

May I build my own loft?
Nope, sorry. Residence halls with loftable beds means that the college provides you with an extra set of bed ends and a stabilizing bar so your beds can be lofted.
